These cute pieced armadillo blocks are made using conventional patchwork techniques. No templates or paper piecing! Use your favorite fat quarters or fat eighths to make each armadillos your own.
The armadillos in my sample quilt were made using Robert Kaufman’s Kona Cotton Solids and Essex linen blends. Refer the chart below (which is also included in the pattern) for a list.
The background is AZH-20497-284 from my Sunroom collection. The dark solid detail fabric (eyes) is Kona Espresso.
